The BEEFCLUB serves beef supplied by German organic farms with certified traceability. The new menu features top quality dishes made from the finest ingredients. A list of producers and suppliers is an integral part of the menu plan. Also new is the restaurant's meat cooler, where dry-aged beef is cured for up to eight weeks according to traditional methods.
Interior design – welcoming and friendly
Focusing on hospitality, the architecture firm Stephen Williams Associates redesigned the BEEFCLUB as a unique place with a warm and friendly atmosphere located directly on the Mittelland Canal. Featuring a new ambience and a new selection of food, the "Chef's Table" welcomes guests. Raised benches trimmed in red leather offer more comfort and are available without reservations.

A paradise for gin lovers
Gin and tonic play a leading role in the new BEEFCLUB cocktail bar. The taste experience is the main focus and guests are invited to choose from 30 different varieties of the classic drink. Based on your personal preferences, you can choose gin with a floral, fruity, sweet, spicy or bitter note. The flavour of gin comes from juniper berries, fruits, herbs and spices.
