Change is the spice of life, and anyone who knows Autostadt also knows that we’re always in motion. We’re on the ball, always rethinking things and developing with new ideas, concepts and topics. This means creating new space, reconstruction activities, and thinking big! We would appreciate your anticipation coupled with understanding and a little patience with the inevitable construction work and closures.

We also need our own space every so often to get together for a creative exchange of ideas. This means that some of our attractions will not be open to the public at times; we will only keep these times as long as necessary and as short as possible.

• Modernisation of the city bridge:  With the redesign, the path between the city centre and the theme park will be developed in a contemporary, sustainable and ecological way. During the construction work, it is still possible to cross the bridge. However, the partial closures required by the construction work lead to a narrowing of the path. We ask for your understanding.
